Rocket Wash Express

I got the premium wash as I wanted to try a deep clean. The car came out with the marks/handprints on the exterior more visible than before, like the process had sealed them in more than removed them. The interior parts I did at the self-service station turned out fine. But I could do those at the $10 self-service car wash, and will be going there from now on as at least that doesn't make the exterior worse.

AMAZING SERVICE‼️‼️‼️ I love this car wash! Every time I go, I enjoy talking to the staff and the relaxing experience of cleaning up my car. Ace, one of the attendants, is always friendly, quick to help, and does a perfect job loading my car onto the conveyor belt! 🚀

Nothing but positivity towards Rocket Express Chapel Hill. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my membership due to moving too far and not justifying the cost. The cancellation process was easy and nowadays it feels like escaping a timeshare contract so it meant a lot that they have this user friendly way to manage your account. When I lived near that side of town my car was spotless. It was especially convenient as a working mom/wife. There's always plenty of towels, sprays, and friendly employees ready to help with anything I need. Kudos on their crisis management when the place gets busy and customers lose patience due to the crowds. In all fairness there are plenty of vacuums and spots but when the weather is nice we all head out to wash our cars. Again, I want to give credit to the customer service and their professionalism, kindness, and competence. I've never had a bad experience. I will continue to come here whenever my car needs a good wash and will resubscribe if needed. Businesses that consistently provide great service deserve to be recognized, with Rocket Express being one of them.

Long story short: shitty, over priced, broken equipment, and they blame you for having a dirty car if their car wash can’t wash it. Went on my lunch break to wash my car after a beach trip. I understand being busy, but it was just unorganized and hectic. I was stopped from pulling into a vacuum area after paying for a car wash and someone was lead in front of my car and then I was told that there was other people in line which is fine if there was actually a line, but there was not the manager was just letting certain people go in front of others. I was then told I could pull forward to the paid vacuum area and they would provide me with quarters which I did and they did only need to find out the vacuum was broken and did not work. By this point in time, my car had very unevenly dried because I was unable to get out to dry it off and when I pointed it out to the manager, he told me that’s because my car was “too filthy” and probably needed to go through one more time. Mind you I paid for the second from the top tier car wash not the cheapest basic package. When I asked if I could receive a refund because I have now wasted my whole hour long lunch, and just needed to get back to wo

After I told the attendants that my car was nowhere near clean after one run through, they told me to go through again. This time I specifically asked them to spray the windows on the right side of my car because I could see that they hadn't and the attendant told me "I already did that side," while I was sitting in my car and I had just seen him splash a little soap on the windshield but not touch the side windows at all. As I started to tell him again, my car started moving inside the carwash and I had to put up my window. The attendants told me I would probably have to clean "that part" by hand. "That part" is the whole car. So now, after $15 and two washes, I have to wash my car myself? Take a look at the pictures taken immediately after and the day after the wash and see if you agree. No part of my car is clean--not even the front or rear windshields.
